PROPOSAL DUE: Wednesday, November 12, 2025
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND
TRP Now, Inc., seeks proposals from qualified IT service providers to deliver, manage, and maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure at the 8,000-seat entertainment facility in Clayton County, GA. The scope includes management of multiple segmented networks and SSIDs for various user groups, reliable support for POS systems, and advanced technology management across the facility.
Formed in 1996, TRP Now, Inc. has grown to be a significant source for entertainment and events services in Detroit. In 2025, TRP Now, Inc. was awarded the contract to manage and operate the 8,000-seat Clayton County Schools Arena. Events produced by TRP Now, Inc. have served hundreds of thousands of people. Due to the nature of the business and the significant number of people served, it is imperative to acquire an IT service provider that can handle this volume efficiently and professionally.
Scope of Work
- Operate, monitor, and support all facility technology systems: wired/wireless networks, servers, endpoints, and peripherals
- Design and maintain multiple secure WiFi SSIDs/segments for POS, staff, artists, and guest access, with strong isolation, appropriate controls, bandwidth management, and performance monitoring
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, access controls, VLANs, and regular vulnerability assessment.
- Provide 24/7 helpdesk and onsite support for critical event operations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Manage POS connectivity, guest WiFi captive portals, and provide technical support for artists and production teams
- Oversee hardware lifecycle, software updates, backups, disaster recovery, and technology procurement
- Provide strategic technology planning and reporting to TRP Now, Inc. management.
- STREAMING SUPPORT SERVICES
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing IT in venues or similar-scale environments
- Proven ability to implement and maintain multi-network, multi-SSID environments with robust security
- All applicable industry certifications and Georgia business licensing
- Sufficient liability insurance, bonding, and references from similar venues
Proposal Requirements
Proposals must include:
- Company profile, key personnel, and relevant managed venue experience
- Technical plan for network segmentation and SSID management (POS, guests, artists, staff)
- Approach to network and information security, including remote monitoring and incident response
- Service level commitments for both routine and event-based support
- Financial proposal (fee structure or retainer)
- Client references
