LOCATION: MORROW, GEORGIA – 8,000 SEAT ARENA

PROPOSAL DUE:  Wednesday, November 17, 2025

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND

TRP NOW, Inc. is soliciting proposals from experienced janitorial services companies to deliver extensive cleaning solutions for an 8,000-seat entertainment venue located in Clayton County, Georgia. The scope of work includes pre-event, during-event, and post-event cleaning, as well as ongoing routine maintenance, to guarantee a secure and inviting atmosphere for all patrons and personnel.

Formed in 1996, TRP NOW, Inc. has grown to be a significant source for entertainment and events services in Detroit. In 2025, TRP Now, Inc. was awarded the contract to manage and operate the 8,000-seat Clayton County Schools Arena. Events produced by TRP NOW, Inc. have served hundreds of thousands of people. Due to the nature of the business and the significant number of people served, it is imperative to acquire a janitorial services company  that can handle this volume efficiently and professionally.

Scope of Work

• General cleaning of all public and staff areas (seating, concourses, entrances, restrooms, locker rooms, suites, outside and offices)
• Pre-event deep cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Waste removal and replacement of liners
• In-event maintenance: restroom restocking, trash removal, spill response, and cleaning of high-traffic areas
• Post-event cleaning: trash removal, sweeping/blowing debris, full restroom sanitation, and replenishment of supplies
• Scheduled high-dusting, window cleaning, and periodic deep cleans

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrated experience servicing large public venues (5,000+ seats preferred)
• Ability to provide sufficient staff before, during, and after events
• Compliance with all local/federal safety and sanitation regulations
• Adequate bonding and insurance coverage

Proposal Submission

Interested firms must submit a proposal including:

• Company profile and relevant experience
• Description of proposed cleaning approach and staffing plan
• References from similar venues
• Pricing and fee structure
• Insurance

• TRP NOW, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, negotiate terms, and award the contract deemed most advantageous to the organization^.
