Guest Entry, Security & Prohibited Items Policy

To ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all guests attending events at The Arena at Southlake, all attendees must comply with venue security policies and screening procedures.

These policies apply to all events including:

  • Concerts
  • Sporting events
  • Graduations
  • Family shows
  • Community events
  • Corporate events
  • Festivals
  • Special events

Venue policies may be modified based on event type, artist requirements, league regulations, or security directives.

GUEST ARRIVAL RECOMMENDATIONS

For the best guest experience:

  • Arrive early
  • Leave prohibited items at home or in your vehicle
  • Have tickets ready before entering screening areas
  • Follow all instructions from venue staff and security personnel
GENERAL ENTRY POLICY

Ticketed Entry

  • Every guest entering the venue must possess a valid ticket or credential.
  • Guests may be required to presentidentification upon request.
  • Re-entry privileges may vary by event.

Security Screening

  • All guests are subject to magnetometer or metal detector screening.
  • Bag inspections.
  • Visual inspections.
  • Secondary screening if necessary.
  • Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry.
CLEAR BAG POLICY

Approved Bags

  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags.
  • Maximum size: 12” x 6” x 12”.
  • Small clutch purses or wallets.
  • Maximum size: 5” x 7”.
  • Medical and diaper bags are subject to additional inspection and must be directly related to medical or childcare needs.
PERMITTED ITEMS

Guests may generally bring the following items into the venue unless otherwise restricted by event management:

DRESS CODE & ATTIRE RESTRICTIONS

Guests may not wear or bring:

  • Full-face masks concealing identity
  • Spiked jewelry or accessories
  • Heavy chains
  • Clothing displaying offensive, hateful, or threatening language
  • Apparel promoting violence or illegal activity
  • Management reserves the right to deny entry based on inappropriate attire or safety concerns.

The Arena at Southlake is a smoke-free facility.

GUEST CONDUCT POLICY

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, performers, athletes, staff, and venue personnel.

  • Entering restricted areas
  • Failure to follow venue instructions
  • Disruptive behavior affecting the event experience
