This is your opportunity to help shape the operations, experiences, and success of a world-class community venue. TRP NOW, Inc., is seeking qualified, experienced, and forward-thinking vendors to provide exceptional services through our Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
About the RFP
TRP NOW, Inc. is soliciting comprehensive proposals for services related to the operation and management of The Arena At Southlake.
Vendors may submit proposals for one or more of the following categories:
Concession Stand Management, Special Event & VIP Suite Catering
Medical/EMS Services
Key Dates and Timeline (MANDATORY)
All participating vendors are required to review and comply with the mandatory key dates and submission deadlines outlined in the Vendor Submission Instructions document.
