PROPOSAL DUE:  Wednesday, November 12, 2025

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND

TRP NOW, Inc. is seeking proposals from licensed vendors to manage and operate liquor, beer, and wine sales at all designated permanent and portable bar locations within its 8,000-seat entertainment facility in Clayton County, Georgia. The chosen vendor will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, adhering to all Georgia alcohol regulations, and maximizing revenue while upholding responsible beverage service standards.

Formed in 1996, TRP NOW, Inc. has grown to be a significant source for entertainment and events services in Detroit. In 2025, TRP NOW, Inc. was awarded the contract to manage and operate the 8,000-seat Clayton County Schools Arena. Events produced by TRP NOW, Inc. have served hundreds of thousands of people. Given the nature of our operations and the large volume of individuals we serve, it is essential to secure a beverage management and operations vendor capable of handling this capacity with efficiency and professionalism.

Scope of Work

• Operate all designated bar and alcohol service stations, including setup, breakdown, and stocking for all scheduled events
• Employ and supervise all required certified bartenders and service staff
• Develop product offerings including beer, wine, spirits, and approved specialty beverages, with a clear pricing structure
• Ensure strict adherence to Georgia and Clayton County alcohol service regulations
• Implement age verification, responsible service training (e.g., TIPS/SafeServe), and alcohol management policies
• Monitor and report on sales, inventory, wastage, and incidents
• Provide cash-handling and point-of-sale solutions aligned with TRP Now, Inc. requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing liquor/concession operations at venues with 5,000+ seats
• All necessary licenses and permits from state and local authorities
• Trained and certified staff for responsible alcohol service
• Proven ability to manage inventory, compliance, and customer service at high-volume events
• Insurance and bonding as required by Georgia law.

Proposal Guidelines

Proposals must include:

• Company overview and relevant experience with similar venues and operations
• Proposed alcohol product offerings, staffing plan, pricing, and scheduling options
• Approach to regulatory compliance, responsible service, and age verification
• Cash-handling and POS management plan
• References from comparable contracts
• Proposed financial arrangement (rental, revenue share, or commission model)
• LIST ANY OUTSTANDING LITIGATION
